How a CPD hour gets logged.

  1. Step 1

    Run a scenario

Every scenario logs start + end time + premise + skills tested.

  2. Step 2

    Officer verdict

AI officer scores you across 5 rubrics. Verdict cites IRCC policy + relevant case law.

  3. Step 3

    Auto-category mapping

DOSSIAR maps the scenario to CICC categories (Substantive / Ethics / Client Care).

  4. Step 4

    Certificate ready

Quarterly PDF matches CICC’s CPD Reporting Tool layout — hours, category, topic, provider.

Is the CPD certificate accepted by CICC?

Our certificate is formatted to match CICC’s CPD submission template. Final acceptance of any specific hour is always at CICC’s discretion — but every RCIC in cohort #1 has submitted DOSSIAR hours under structured CPD without incident. We don’t guarantee acceptance; we do guarantee the record is clean, categorised, and auditable.
